Welcome 360 Me
There are dozens of personality tests.

The one thing they have in common is that they tell you what you already know about yourself.

So, basically, they confirm your inner knowledge of you.

 🤷🏻‍♀️ ➡️ What's the point? ⬅️ 🤷🏻‍♀️

We've combined the methodology of the top six personality tests in the world and added in a lot of goodness to give you a test that will actually give you something to work with on the other side.

Personal & Professional Me.

There is only one you, but the "you" that goes into your office may not have the same personality aspects as the "you" who shows up at your Saturday morning breakfast table.

That's why 360 Me has separated your test into "Personal" and "Professional" segments.

We're able to see what aspects of your personality would benefit the other area to inform you, and then we'll guide you on how to implement them to bring more success & happiness across the board.

Neurological Response.

360 Me combines the methodologies of the top six personality assessments and adds in a neurological response indicator to give an idea of your most likely choices in a variety of scenarios.

What does that mean?

It means that with this knowledge you can head yourself off at the pass when self-sabotaging behavior is at bay.

In other words: this lets you get out of your own way and stop blocking the path to happiness.

Positive Peer Review.

You probably know what you know about yourself.

After taking most tests, people respond by saying "it has me spot-on!"

That's because it's easy for us to tell you what you already know about yourself.

360 Me takes the theory of a 360 review and adds a positive spin.

You get to pick one stakeholder in your life from each area (personal and professional) to take the test about you.

This way we can put your responses side-by-side and show you where your intentions are not manifesting the results you want in your life so that your future behavioral decisions can be better informed.

Corporate & Team Implementation.

This test is made for individuals to use for their own personal growth & for companies to use to help individuals develop & teams to thrive.

360 Me's corporate implementation plan takes results from multiple individuals to show trends & commonalities which reveal the good and bad within an organization.

This informs decision processes from day-to-day operations all the way to strategic planning.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. How do you configure the results; is it just an algorithm? Yes, we have a super-top-notch algorithm that does the initial magic in creating your personalized results. Then, our team of professionals review all results to create a personal development plan for each participant. Your results will be personally reviewed & a comprehensive report compiled for you; then, you will have a 1:1 debrief session when your report is ready. During this debrief and coaching session, your initial action plan will be developed together with your coach.
  2. How long will it take me to complete the test?  Because everyone is unique, we do things at different speeds. This test has two sections: Personal and Professional. Each of the two test sections usually takes less than an hour. The average for each section is 30-45 minutes.
  3. How do I choose my stakeholders? Because this is a positive 360 review (a no trash talking zone) your stakeholders need to meet the following criteria: Brutally honest, fair, genuinely want to be transparent with the understanding that all information given will be used for your positive development, to show what your top strengths are and what your biggest blind spots are.
  4. Is this confidential? Yes. Absolutely; all test results and coaching sessions with GILD are confidential.
  5. Do my stakeholders get to see my results? No. We do not share your personal results with anyone, including your stakeholders.
  6. My company has signed me up for this. Will they see my results?  Your employer will receive a summary of your results, but not detailed information. GILD will afford your employer a shortened debrief session at their request.
  7. What happens after I take the test? It depends; if this test is part of a coaching program, you'll work through that with your coach.  If you are not currently in a coaching program, you'll take part in a 1:1 debrief session & will be able to discuss coaching options if that's what's right for you.
